As A Sophomore (2006-07 Season)
Played important minutes as a sophomore after seeing very little action as a true freshman last season... Received the starting nod four times marking the first four starts of his career... Played 131 minutes after only playing 21 his freshman campaign... One of nine Aztecs to play in at least 21 games... After scoring only four points in six games last season, Lamb scored 29 points in 21 games in 2006-07... One of three players on the team to shoot above 50 percent from the field (.591) among those with at least 22 shot attempts... Was fifth on the team in blocked shots with eight despite playing limited minutes... In his first two starts of his career vs. Murray State (11-10-06) and UC San Diego (11-15-06), he tallied six points in both... Had 18 rebounds after having none in his first season... Pulled down a personal-best four boards in a career-high 23 minutes... Has only missed nine shots in his Aztec career... Scored four points in 13 minutes in a starting role vs. California (11-18-06)... Hit his only shot and recorded one assist vs. Arizona (12-9-06)... Played in six games as a redshirt freshman... For the season, he made both of his shot attempts from the field (2-for-2 FGs)... In his first conference game of his career vs. Brigham Young (1-21-06), he scored two points on his only field goal attempt... Saw significant time in the Washington State game (12-10-05)... Played 13 minutes and recorded a blocked shot and steal against the Cougars... In his second career game against Albany (11-26-05), he scored the first points of his career on his first collegiate shot attempt... Started his San Diego State career when he saw action against Southern Miss (11-20-05) in the third-place game of The Top of the World Classic in Fairbanks, Alaska.
